Terms of Service

1. The Service

WAVYLON provides an AI-powered career coaching experience, including personalized guidance, a structured plan, progress tracking, and related features. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, Trial & Billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We currently offer a 3-day trial for $1, after which your selected plan renews automatically at its monthly price (Starter $19.99, Pro $39.99, or Elite $79.99 per month) unless cancelled.
• You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time through the account/subscription management link provided in your billing emails or by contacting us. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged beyond the initial $1.
• Prices may change; we will provide notice of any price change before it takes effect.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage (measured in tokens). If you reach your limit, AI features may be paused until your allowance resets or you upgrade. We may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its AI capabilities.
• Upload malicious content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your profile, messages, and uploads). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including transmitting it to our AI provider to generate responses. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the operator of WAVYLON and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAVYLON and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or career opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
